Returns
Robots in Orbit stand behind a tradition of distinctive and high quality products. We make every effort to fairly represent our sizes, colors and fabrics on-line. If you are not satisfied with your Robots in Orbit purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping fees. Items must be in new condition, meaning unwashed without signs of visible wear.
Exchanges
An exchange for another Robots in Orbit product may be made within 30 days of receipt of your original Robots in Orbit purchase. An item to be exchanged should be in new condition, meaning unwashed without signs of visible wear. When exchanging an item, please include a note clearly identifying the item you want to receive in exchange– include the item number and size. Include your address, email and phone number. If it is not an equal exchange, we will need your payment information (usually credit card) to process a charge/credit. We will process your exchange once we have received your item.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Apparel is sent USPS or UPS, with 4-day, 2 day and overnight options. USPS Priority is sent with delivery confirmation, Express with tracking number provided. UPS ground, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air aresent with tracking number provided. Please contact us if you wish addtional insurance coverage.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates, either up or down, in the event of calculation errors, errors in receiving web-based live shipping rates from shippers or pricing changes from shippers. In the event of a shipping price change, we will notify you via email allowing you the chance to change your order. Hopefully someday, we will be able to teleport the shirts directly to you, but as of yet, we've only succeeded in reducing them into a small charred mass of carbon.
We strive to send out all orders within 72 hours, but if you have an urgent need, please contact Customer Service at help@robotsinorbit.com immediately and we will do our best. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
Please not: If you refuse delivery on a package, you are
responsible for the return shipping costs.
